Portfolio Changes
16 March 2020
As we continue our efforts to raise capital to support Women and Minority Developers, from time to time, our plans may change as to which projects we will be able to support. We intended to allocate $100,000 of the capital raised to the redevelopment of the Volkswagen Dealership in Downtown East Point. Fortunately, the project was able to meet their goal of raising funds to acquire the property. Unfortunately, we will no longer be allocating funds to this particular project. Investors who invested to support this project can withdraw their funds if so desired. Investors are encouraged to continue their efforts to support Women and Minority Developers.
Expansion of fund to nationwide
7 October 2019
We are expanding the fund to nationwide to take advantage of multiple opportunities in the market. We have updated our Operating Agreement to reflect investing footprint. We are still focused on properties in and around opportunity zones and our investment is still limited to between $50k-$500k.
